A majority of our leather is produced in-house at our tannery, including chrome leather, vegetable tanned leather, premium suede,
and client-specific custom developments. Operating for over a decade, our tannery ensures controlled processing,
consistent grading, and scalable supply. All materials meet applicable REACH compliance standards. We also provide
access to LWG certified leather for clients requiring internationally benchmarked environmental standards.
For specialised needs, we have collaborated with partner tanneries in Vietnam and Thailand for exotic leather sourcing.
At the sampling stage, clients are provided with a complimentary swatch set of our Indian origin leather to support precise material selection prior to bulk production.
We are also capable of manufacturing in alternative sustainable materials such as canvas, as specified by the client.
For all leather products, we operate under a documented in-house quality control system that
governs every stage of production. Once sampling is approved and bulk production is initiated,
we share pre-dispatch approvals from the production batch for client confirmation.
Upon receiving final approval, we proceed with full production, using the approved
batch as the benchmark standard for consistency.
Clients are welcome to conduct factory inspections, including third-party evaluations, prior to dispatch of any batch.
Throughout the production cycle, we maintain close coordination and provide regular progress updates, supported by photographs and videos at
key milestones and upon completion.
